Mission

 

My mission is to help you improve your health, providing all the knowledge I can on how to choose healthy foods and drinks.

 

There is always more than one choice, more than one way to do things, but there will always be one better than all the others: my mission is to help you make the best possible choice, whether it comes to shop your groceries or to have some exercise, I aim to becoming a beacon in the jungle of contradictory messages.

 

I provide general information, online courses, and live events to make you aware of the choices we do make versus the ones we should make every day.

 

I provide, where needed, the necessary knowledge to have a healthier approach to food. 

 

I coach and mentor you to help you achieve the results you desire in order to secure the necessary knowledge for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for you and your beloved ones.

 

There is a range of (online) courses, books, webinars and live events coming up, from understanding labels to cooking a healthy meal from scratch.

 

All information and course materials comply with the highest standards.

About me

​

As a dietary chef, I am well versed in fresh food and its nutritional facts, as well as a thorough understanding of nutritional needs.

​

Italian-born of Dutch and Italian parents, I have always been a "different" person wherever I went because I have lived my life between two cultures.

 

At 31, I emigrated to the Netherlands and raised my two children largely by myself. I returned to Italy after about eight years, where I worked as a dietary cook in a care home while my children were in school.

​

As of today, I am a UK-based Master Coach, Hypnotist, and Timeline Coach with extensive experience and full accreditation.

​

I am also a best selling author and co-author.

About the Business

Because I never stop growing as a person,
my business follows close.

Business is growing along with the number of members.

I discovered some time ago that many people are not completely aware about what is indeed a healthy life style choice and what is not.

​

It's easy getting lost in the quantity of messages coming from the media, family, friends and, yes, the internet.

​

Because not all online information are correct, and it has become very hard to understand whether the gathered info is valuable, I thought it could be helpful to pick up the pieces and fit them in a bigger picture. 

​

My hallmark is a strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and an ability to understand exactly how I can help my members become "food aware".

​

Through a strong network of professionals, I can assure members and readers that I always offer fact supported information and qualified help where needed.

Avocado
Avocado:
the miracle fruit

Avocado is known to be a natural antagonist to bad cholesterol.

Eaten straight from its skin, in a light guacamole or just creamed with some lemon juice, salt and pepper as a sandwich spread, it will satisfy your taste, filling up and taking care of your health.

Choose them ripe and eat them the same day, they will bring great benefit to your health.

Butter or Margarine?

Definitely Butter!

It contains 99% fat, but it is all natural fat.

Margarine (up to 97% fat) contains mostly unidentified vegetable fats, mostly bleached, deodorised, stabilised and in some cases hydrogenated, water and often gelatine.
